Ingredients
  • red peppers..green peppers..yellow peppers (I get mine precut when I’m in a hurry)
  • 1 cup red onions
  • 1 cup fresh pico de galo
  • 2-15 ounce cans fire roasted corn
  • 1-10 oz can rotel
  • 1-15 oz can low sodium black beans
  • Cilantro
  • 1 chopped up jalapeño if you choose
  • Mix all in bowl

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 table spoons lime juice
  • ½ cup monk fruit sugar (I prefer the brown)
  • Pepper
  • Salt substitute (real if you prefer)
