Ingredients

  • 2½ lbs boneless chicken thighs

  • 3 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 cup fresh okra
  • 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp gumbo filé
  • 1⁄8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 12 oz. kielbasa thinly sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
