Ingredients
  • ½ cup bulgur
  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • ⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. each of dried oregano, thyme and basil
  • 1 cup of chickpeas, mashed in food processor
  • 2 Tbsp. of strong mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. of tomato paste
  • fresh ground pepper
