  • 1 cup crushed pineapple ( drained)
  • 1 tsp aluminium free baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg (add more if you like a nuttier flavor)
  • 1 tsp all spice

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
