Braised Mexican beef

Ingredients
  • Bottom round roast sliced into thin pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 can el pato tomato sauce (yellow)
  • 1 can salsa casera (small can)
  • Taco seasoning
  •  
Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in Dutch oven
  2. Add sliced meat and stir to brown
  3. Add flour and stir to coat
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Cook on stovetop on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve over Mexican rice or in tortillas with avocado
