  • 1 cup rolled oats, old-fashioned or quick-cooking
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar - or allulose for sugar free
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 8 tablespoons chilled butter - cut into pieces
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup Kefir - or any yogurt
  • 1 cup pecans - or walnuts
  • 1 cup Whipped Cultured Topping
