MEATLOAF
Ingredients
  • 1 onion, cut in ¼ and slice each ¼
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups of water
  • Bovril cube
  • ½ tray of unicorn carrots, cut up
  • 8 new potatoes
  • 500g turkey mince, you could use beef or pork too
  • 1tbl italian herbs
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup of oats
  • ½ cup of egg white or 2 eggs
  • Sf bbq sauce
  • 1level tsp marmite
  • 4 level tsp gravy granules
  • Mix mince, oats, herbs garlic powder, onion powder, egg together in a bowl. Spread out on a foil pie dish. Cover with sf bbq sauce.
Steps

  2. Put ip on sauté, let heat slightly, add oil, then onion, sauté till starting to go soft, add water and Bovril cube. Mix well. Place trivet in put carrots and new potatoes in the steamer on top. Turn of sauté. Make a foil sling to make it easier to get meatloaf out. Place meatloaf on the sling and lower on top of the steamer, push foil sling ends over the meatloaf, so the lid will close. Press manual 15mins 15mins NPR.
  3. Take out meatloaf put it in the oven 200 for 15mins. Dish up potatoes and carrots, put ip on sauté after you have blitzed the onion and gravy. Add marmite, sauté for 10 to 15 mins till it thickens. I added 2 level tsp gravy granules to thicken it quicker.
