Instant Pot, Pot Roast
Ingredients
  • Chuck roast
  • Better than Bouillon
  • Au jus concentrate
  • water 2 to 4 cups
Steps
  1. Heat instant pot on sauté setting.
  2. Brown chuck roast.
  3. Add 2 to 4 cups of hot water.
  4. Add au jus concentrate.
  5. Add couple of teaspoons of Better than Bouillon.
  6. Set instant pot on pressure cool for 45 min
  7. NPR for 30 or more minutes.
  8. Peel and cut up potatoes.
  9. Add potatoes to instant pot.
  10. Set pressure setting to 5 minutes.
  11. QR and serve.
