Ingredients

  • ¼ cup milk of choice (I uesd cow's milk)
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (I used sugar)
  • 1 Tbsp agave
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 lb (454 grams) silken tofu
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (I used Jif)
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • subheading: Chocolate Icing:
  • 1 small (or ¾ medium) avocado
  • ½ cup + ⅛ cup unsweetened dark cocoa (regular will work, too)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (I used cow’s milk)
  • 4 Tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (I used sugar)
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp + ⅛ tsp salt
