Instant Pot Chili Verde
Ingredients
  • 1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatillos
  • 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into 4 equal pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 anaheim pepper, seeded and diced (optional, can also sub jalapeno or serrano)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa verde
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Flour tortillas for serving
