Dots Scones
Ingredients
  • 4 desert spoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3½ to 4 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup cream
Steps
  1. Beat eggs & sugar together, 20 sec sp 4
  2. Add cream & milk
  3. Sift flour and add self raising flour
  4. Knead 40sec and cut into circles
  5. Bake in hot oven 220° for 10 to 12 minutes
