Pineapple Delight
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 tall can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 9 oz. container Cool Whip
Steps
  1. Mix and bake cake according to directions. While still warm, poke holes in cake with straw. Pour the can of pineapple over, juice included.
  2. Mix vanilla pudding using 1 ½ cups milk instead of 2 cups. Fold Cool Whip into pudding and spread over pineapple.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
