  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can creamed corn, undrained (can sub with 1 can sweet corn, drained)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded or 3 to 4 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • tortilla chips, crushed
