  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 4tbsp water
  • 2tbsp maple syrup or agave

  • 2 cups rolled oats (450g approx)
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp nutmeg
  • 40g vanilla protein powder
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • Chocolate chips/dark chocolate to mix through/for topping
