- 1 lb fresh water chestnuts, thinly sliced
- 8 c mizuna (水菜), tatsoi (tat choy) or baby spinach
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbs neutral oil
- 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
