No Peek Beef Stew
A wonderful stew for a chilly day

Ingredients
  • 6 Carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 3 Potatoes, peeled & Cubed
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 3 Stalks Celery, sliced into one inch pieces
  • 2 pounds stew beef, cubed
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Tab sugar
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tab salt
  • 14 ounce can tomato sauce
Steps
  1. Arrange vegetables in slow cooker, top with beef cubes. Blend flour, sugar, salt, & pepper. Sprinkle over meat. Pour tomato sauce over top. Cover & cook on low steetng for 8 to 9 hours.
  2. Makes 4 to 6 settings
