  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice (or more, if desired)
  • ½ to 1 tsp. imitation vanilla flavoring
  • 2 T natural peanut butter
  • ⅛ tsp. glucomannan
  • 2 doonks (1/16th tsp) THM Pure Stevia Extract (to taste)
  • (Optional) heavy whipping cream (I used 1 T)
  • (Optional; use if making this into a meal) 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
