Teriyaki Meat Marinade

Ingredients
  • ¾ c soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 5 T sugar
  • 1 T fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 t garlic, minced
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Add 2 lb of desired meat (thin-sliced steak, chicken breast, turkey cutlets, etc).
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Grill or saute meat.
