Miso Salmon 味噌サーモン
Ingredients
  • 14 oz skin-on salmon fillet (cut it in half if it's one big piece)

  • 2 Tbsp miso (you can use any type of miso; I use koji miso for this recipe)
  • 2 Tbsp sake
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Shake of white pepper
  • Squeeze of hot honey
  • ¼ tsp roasted sesame oil
  • subheading: For the Garnish (Optional):
  • ½ tsp toasted white and black sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion/scallion (chopped)
