  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg {omit for AIP}
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup yogurt, plus more for topping {dairy-free yogurt for AIP}
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • subheading: For the cauliflower rice:
  • 1 head of cauliflower, de-stemmed and broken into florets
  • 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, divided (like this)
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt, divided
