Citrus-Glazed Pork Chops with Gingery Bok Choy

  • 1 whole orange, cut in half crosswise, seeds removed, plus ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 shallots, peeled and quartered
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
