Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 teaspoons Stevia (can use other sugar substitute if prefered
  • equivelent to 1 ½ cups of sugar.)
  • 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup raspberries

  • Depending on the size of the raspberries, you may want to cut your berries in halves or quarters before adding to the batter. Doing this spreads the raspberry flavor throughout the scone.
