  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups of Gnocchi pasta water
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, finely grated
  • 1 cup Aged Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup Gruyere Cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup Fontina Cheese, finely grated
  • Garnish: Cayenne pepper, chopped fresh basil, ground black pepper
