  • 450 grams bread flour
  • 10 grams salt reserved
  • 25 grams water reserved for adding in with the salt
  • subheading: Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
  • 45 grams unsalted butter 2 Tablespoons
  • 80 grams brown sugar about ⅓ cup
  • 4 grams ground cinnamon about 1 teaspoon
  • 3 grams cornstarch about 1 teaspoon
  • 2 grams salt ½ teaspoon
