Steamed Veggies
Ingredients
  • Choose veggies of choice and cut into serving size pieces (or use bags of pre-cut vegetables from the store)
  •  
  • subheading: Optional:
  • Garlic Salt
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Lemon Juice
  • Butter
  • Any type of seasoning you prefer
Steps
  1. Put cut veggies in a microwave safe bowl
  2. Add a few TBL of water and wet the veggies (make sure there is a little water in bottom of bowl to steam)
  3. Sprinkle with seasoning (I add lid and shake the bowl)
  4. Add lid and crack open or cover with plastic wrap
  5. Microwave about 3 minutes or until soft
