Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg 1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp warm water
  • 1 cup vegan butter
  • 1 cup white sugar you can also reduce it to ¾ and it'd be fine
  • 1 cup brown sugar you can also reduce it to ¾ and it'd be fine
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • subheading: For the cinnamon sugar:
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
