Ingredients
  • 2 cups long grain white rice (parboiled rice works great)
  • ¼ cup oil (vegetable or canola oil)
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • ½ to ¾ cup tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons tomato or chicken bouillon granulated, or 2 cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Better than Boullion - Chicken
  • ½ cup peas (frozen) optional
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 to 3 whole serrano peppers , optional
