Perfect Boneless Leg of Lamb Roast Recipe and Cooking Instructions
Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoons black pepper, coarsely ground
  • ½ cup olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh-squeezed
  • subheading: Au Juice:
  • Lamb juices from cooked leg of lamb roast
  • Red wine (of your choice)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
