Blueberry Oatmeal Crisp
This is one of Dad’s favorites

Ingredients
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup all purpose flour, divided
  • ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup long cooking oats, uncooked
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • subheading: 5 to 6 Tab butter:
Steps
  1. Combine blueberries with ¼ cup flour in a greased 11"x7" baking pan; mix thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients except butter.
  3. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form;
  4. sprinkle over blueberries.
  5. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, or until top is golden & blueberries are bubbly.
  6. Serves 6 to 8
