Camping Tteokbokki

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Gochujang
  • ½ cup Chicken stock (filled half way)
  • 1 tsp Corn syrup
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Shoyu
  • ⅛ tsp Gochugaru
  •  
  • Large handful of Rice cake
  • 1 Hot dog or Lap Cheong
  • Fish cake
  • Green onion
Steps
  1. Soak rice cakes and fish cakes
  2. Render fat out of Lap Cheong or fry/cook hot dogs (for added flavor)
  3. Add sauce ingredients to pot and cook till slightly reduced
  4. Add rice cakes and heat through (sauce will also thicken)
  5. Add proteins to heat through
  6. Cook until sauce thickens, rice cakes are softened, and proteins are heated through
