Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 ½ cups egg protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 32 medjool dates (1bout 1.25 lbs) - remove pis and chop into quarters.
  • 3 Tb unsweetened Nativa cocoa powder
  • ~ ¼ almond milk (only if batch is too dry and won’t form or keep shape when pressed into pan)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
