Chicken & rice
Ingredients
  • 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Seasoning of choice (whatever your favorite seasonings are)
  • Olive oil
  • ½ stick butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 90 second rice (or any rice you prefer
Steps
  1. Season chicken generously with favorite seasonings.
  2. Drizzle olive oil in pan.
  3. When olive oil is hot add chicken and brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken from pan.
  5. Add butter, garlic and both to pan and scrape up all of the browned bits.
  6. Add flour, whisk until thoroughly combined.
  7. Add heavy cream and whisk to until combined.
  8. add Italian seasoning and salt & pepper, stir well.
  9. Add chicken back to the pan.
  10. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  11. Serve with rice
