INSTANT POT LEMON LAVA CAKE

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chipS
  • 1 tablespoon lemon Extract
  • 6 Tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • Zest of 3 lemons
Steps
  1. Place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl and microwave for 2 minutes mix well until combined, mix in powdered sugar until smooth, add 3 eggs and yolk until well combined , add lemon extract, zest and flour until combined, stay each dish with cooking spray, pour batter into each bowl filling to the top.
  2. Place the trivet in the pot with 1 cup of water and place the bowls on the trivet 3 on the bottom one on the top.
  3. Manual high pressure for 9 minutes then QPR.
  4. REMOVE FROM THE POT AND PLACE UPSIDE DOWN ON A PLATE TOP WITH ICECREAM
