Place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl and microwave for 2 minutes mix well until combined, mix in powdered sugar until smooth, add 3 eggs and yolk until well combined , add lemon extract, zest and flour until combined, stay each dish with cooking spray, pour batter into each bowl filling to the top.
Place the trivet in the pot with 1 cup of water and place the bowls on the trivet 3 on the bottom one on the top.
Manual high pressure for 9 minutes then QPR.
REMOVE FROM THE POT AND PLACE UPSIDE DOWN ON A PLATE TOP WITH ICECREAM
