Peaches and Cream French Toast Casserole

I really enjoy cooking and trying new things. I love my foodi, instant pot, dutch oven, and my crepe maker :) I love making meals from scratch and enjoying the fruits of my labor.

1 loaf french bread

3 large peaches about 3 cups worth of slices

8 eggs

1 ½ cups milk

¾ cup cream

¼ cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup melted butter

½ teaspoon cinnamon
