Vanilla Bean Orange Cardamom Rolls
Ingredients

  • Additional flour, for rolling out the dough

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste (or extract)
  • Zest of 2 oranges (roughly 2 tablespoons)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • subheading: FOR THE ICING:
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or extract)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
