Air Fried Tofu, Ready in Less Than 30 Minutes!
Ingredients
  • 1 block firm tofu - pressed and cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce - low sodium is OK
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil - (Or 2 extra teaspoons soy sauce. See note.)
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch - or cornstarch
  • roll in garlic panko (optional)
