Quick & Easy Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
Ingredients
  • cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • melted coconut oil
  • sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, etc)
Steps
  1. Use 1:1:1 ratio of cacao powder or cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and sweetener
  2. Mix together and pour 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp (depending on how thin or thick you want your bottom layer) into lined muffin tin
  3. Pop in freezer for a bit and melt some almond butter
  4. Take muffin tin out and drizzle in almond butter
  5. Pop in freezer for a bit again
  6. Top off with the rest of your chocolate mix
  7. Let it all set for at least 30 minutes until solid
