CHOCOLATE CAKE COOKED IN THE VORTEX
Cooked in the vortex
Ingredients
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 125 mls oil
  • 3eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 gms plain flour
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 225 grams plain flour
  • 1.5 tsps baking powder
Steps
  1. Whisk egg, oil,yogurt and sugar until well combined
  2. Stir the baking powder and cocoa powder add to the wet mix to form a thick smooth batter
  3. Pour into a greased and lined cake tin
  4. Bake at 180/for 35/40 minutes in the oven until a tester comes out clean
  5. VORTEX
  6. Bake in an 8 inch square cake tin at 154 for 38 minutes until the tester comes out clean
  7. Leave to cool in the tin before cutting
