Ingredients
  • 190 gr dried linguine or other pasta
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 25ml finely chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 small chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 0.5 to 1 cm fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
  • 225 gr carton or bottle passata
  • 200 gr tinned tuna in oil, drained and roughly chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
