- ½ cup water or pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- ½ green bell pepper, diced into 1" squares
- ½ red bell pepper, diced into 1" squares
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced into 1" squares
- 2 T. cornstarch, mixed with 2 T. water
