Cheese tacos or taco bowls

  1. 100g grated cheddar, 100g parmesan, dried rosemary (or basil or whatever or nothing!) Mix all together in a bowl. Line oven sprays with baking paper and SPRAY THE PAPER!! Trust me on that! Place into piles on paper and flatten a bit. Bake till hard - 6 to 10 mins. Drain and cool on paper towel. This recipe made 14 large ones so i snapped them in half and put them in ziploc bags. 1 bowl, 3 ingredients, simple and bloody amazing!! For chips
  2. For taco bowls its just cheese parma and cheddar. A thin layer on a tray (i use silicon but glad bake should do the trick) you actually dont need to much cheese maybe ΒΌ cup total. In the oven for 15minutes on 175 then take it out let cool for 5 minutes and mold it into a bowl. Let cool. Then load it up with your fav taco stuff.
