Italian Baked Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal*
  • 3 tbsp warm water*
  • ⅓ cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup gluten free oats*
  • ½ cup dairy free milk of choice (I use “So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk”.  Water can be used as well.)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
