  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • banana slices, walnuts or brown sugar - optional garnish
