  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¾ cup shredded sharp  white Cheddar cheese, divided
  • ¾ cup shredded Gruyère cheese, divided
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt-free garlic-and-herb seasoning
