  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon almonds ground (Optional, if frying)
  • ¼ cup parsley fresh, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt kosher
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (Optional, if frying)
  • 16 ounces low carb homemade marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons  fresh herbs, like fresh basil or fresh parsley chopped, to serve
