  • ¼ cup uncooked quinoa
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ medium banana, fresh, mashed
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Avocado oil*
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. nut butter (I use peanut butter)
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅛ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 2 ½ oz. dark chocolate, roughly chopped
