LF Kerala Egg Puffs
Ingredients

  • 4 nos eggs Hard boiled - ( cut vertically into two)
  • 2 cups Onion - sliced -
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic and - finely chopped -
  • 2 tsp Curry leaves - chopped -
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder -
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder - ( or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder -
  • 1 tsp Garam masala -
  • 4 tsps Maggi Tomato kechup -
  • to taste Salt -
  • as required Oil -
  • 1 Egg small (beaten)-
