- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 100mls BOB MILK
- FROZEN RASPBERRIES OR BLUEBERRIES I USED RASPBERRIES
Steps
- WHISK THE FLORA LIGHT AND SUKRIN GOLD
- ADD AND MIX THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME
- STIR THE BAKING POWDER THROUGH THE OATBRAN WITH A FORK
- STIR THROUGH THE MIX AND ADD THE MILK
- FILL THE CAKE CASES ⅔ FULL YOU WILL GET MIRE THAN 12 IF YOU USE SMALL CASES
- PUSH SOME FROZEN FRUIT LIGHTLY INTO THE TOP OF EACH CAKE THIS WAY YOU GET THE SAME AMOUNT OF FRUIT IN EACH CAKE
- COOK AT 180 FOR ABOUT 15 to 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL A COCKTAIL STICK COMES OUT CLEAN
- I PREFER TO USE SILICONE CAKE CASES AS THE CAKES TEND TO STICK TO THE SIDES OF PAPER CASES
