PAT'S 1SP OATBRAN LARGE FRUIT MUFFINS

Ingredients
  • 125 gms FLORA  LIGHT. 13 SPs
  • 55 gms SUKRIN GOLD
  • 200 gms OATBRAN
  • 2 LARGE EGGS
  • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
  • 100mls BOB MILK
  • FROZEN RASPBERRIES OR BLUEBERRIES I USED RASPBERRIES
Steps
  1. WHISK THE FLORA LIGHT AND SUKRIN GOLD
  2. ADD AND MIX THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME
  3. STIR THE BAKING POWDER THROUGH THE OATBRAN WITH A FORK
  4. STIR THROUGH THE MIX AND ADD THE MILK
  5. FILL THE CAKE CASES ⅔ FULL YOU WILL GET MIRE THAN 12 IF YOU USE SMALL CASES
  6. PUSH SOME FROZEN FRUIT LIGHTLY INTO THE TOP OF EACH CAKE THIS WAY YOU GET THE SAME AMOUNT OF FRUIT IN EACH CAKE
  7. COOK AT 180 FOR ABOUT 15 to 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL A COCKTAIL STICK COMES OUT CLEAN
  8. I PREFER TO USE SILICONE CAKE CASES AS THE CAKES TEND TO STICK TO THE SIDES OF PAPER CASES
