Instant Pot Salmon & Vegetables (Steamed, 15-Minutes)
8-11-20. If using harder veggies cook 2 minutes longer
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the fish:
  • 2 medium fillets of salmon or other fish (125-1 50 g / 4 to 5 oz each)
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
  • ¼ long red chilli, finely diced
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or gluten-free Tamari sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey (omit for Whole30)
  • subheading: For the vegetables:
  • 200 g / 0.5 lb of mixed green vegetables (string beans, broccoli, snow peas)
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, diced
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon of Tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
