A collected recipe from my recipe box. From recipe cards my mom received in the mail years ago, recipes hand written from family members, clipped from coupon circlers, recipe cards from the store, recipe cards found in certain food boxes, recipes from food tubs, magazines and can food labels.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces broken spaghetti, or 3 cups penne, cooked, drained
  • 1 jar (24-ounce) spaghetti sauce
  • ¾ cup Grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 package Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Steps
  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and ½ cup of the Parmesan Cheese.
  2. Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and a salad. Makes 6 servings.
